Phil is a Virginia native and long-time resident of Fairfax & Prince William County. Since joining Prince Wood Insurance in 1998, Phil has provided professional advice and insurance for the business community in Prince William County and surrounding area. Phil has over 20 years of experience in the insurance business.

Phil is active in the local youth sports community and served two terms as president of the Independent Agents of Northern Virginia and currently a proud member of the Independent Agents of Virginia.

Phil is a 1979 graduate of Hayfield Secondary School and he attended college at Hampden-Sydney and Virginia Commonwealth University graduating in 1984. He currently resides with his family in Manassas, VA.
